Saying Goodbye Is Never Easy

She's gone, her love proven
Winging her way to heaven
Her battles were earnestly
fought
First loving her man beyond
what is taught

Standing so bravely never
leaving his side
In the end everything lost
still struggling not to hide

Such a beautiful soul
To carry such a burden
Now she's at rest never
to be old.
I picture her standing
right by her man, both
young, limber and strong
hand in hand.

How very sad and such a young age. She stood by her man and loved him.  Thoughts go out to their family.  The poem says it all.

This is such sad news. She was so young and never even smoked. My heart goes out to their children.

wonderful poem...I can't believe she went not long after her husband. Must be God's will. It's amazing isn't it? We just never know what's ahead. I am thinking of their children.
