Full Moon Just Passed

Well, we had a full moon on Friday...lovely moonlight.  It was quite bright out even at 11 PM. Tonight I can actually turn off the air conditioner, our temps are supposed to go down to 60 degrees in the morning.  I love the cooler weather, I live for this weather, I'm trapped inside the house for so many months because of the heat outside.  Oh, I do go out, carrying my frozen bottled water with me. (believe me they melt within 15 of hitting our outside temps)

This is the start of my favorite season too...Halloween is right around the corner, followed by Thanksgiving, then Christmas...yes, I am definitely a winter person.  Sleighbells ring and I'm there, snow angels and snowmen...why oh why did I end up in the fourth dimension of hades?

Well, this is short and sweet gotta go open windows...hubby is going to hate me in the morning....but the air will be glorious....

i know what you mean about the cooler weather, sandi.  it's great, such a relief from the humid southern summers.  maybe one day you can move a little farther north, up the coastline...and can revel in the fall temps like we have right now.  soup weather!

Glad the weather is cooling down for you ~ I love this season of the year 'Halloween' and 'Christmas' lovely log fires ~ don't think I would like the heat that you have ~ well perhaps just for a short time not not for months ~ Ally

I cannot take the heat anymore either these days.  Trouble is I do not like being in centrally heated air all the time either. I cannot win.  We do not celebrate Halloween as you do but it is a nice time of the year.

We are having hot, humid, Southern weather for fall here in Atlanta.  It was near 80 today!  I loved the full moon this weekend!  I've made the best of it two months in a row!

It is pretty exciting when the temps begin to drop. I so adore the winter (REAL winters with lots of snow). And it is such fun to have holidays to celebrate one month after another.

Keep those windows open!
